PUBLISHING STANDARD
Editorial policy
ResultPass aims to make recruitment and examination information easier to understand without replacing or misrepresenting the official source.
Sources
Priority is given to official commission, board, department, ministry, court, university, public-sector organisation and recruitment portals. When a notice is available as a PDF, important facts are checked against the document and relevant corrigenda.
Original explanation
We do not aim to reproduce a notification word for word. A ResultPass article summarises the opportunity and adds an organised explanation: who may be interested, what eligibility points need checking, important dates, selection stages, application steps, document preparation and safety cautions.
Accuracy and uncertainty
Facts that are not stated in the official notice should not be presented as confirmed. When an application date, vacancy breakup or next stage has not been announced, the page should say so rather than guess. Approximate salary claims are avoided when the official source provides only a pay level or scale.
Updates and corrigenda
Recruitment pages may change after a corrigendum, revised schedule, answer key, result or additional official notice. Important changes should be added with enough context for a reader to understand what changed. Older information should not be silently made to look current.
Links
Application, hall-ticket and result links should point to the responsible authority or its authorised service. If an external link is unavailable, the page should not replace it with an unsafe mirror.
Editorial independence
Advertising does not determine which recruitment is covered or how eligibility is explained. No payment can guarantee favourable recruitment coverage, eligibility or selection.
Reader responsibility
ResultPass is a secondary information service. Candidates must read the official notification, verify their own eligibility and use the official portal for action.
To report an error, use the contact page or read the corrections policy.
